Commercial Architecture
For commercial architectural services, we take the client’s brief and carefully translate this into designing and then carefully managing the process until the delivery of a building. We work with big practice quality and deliver on time, maximising investments.
We work on new buildings, housing projects, alterations, and/or conservation of an existing building. L+ Architects can divide their services into seven key stages: feasibility studies, masterplans, planning permission submissions, building warrant submissions, construction drawing packages, tender documents, and contract administration. We recommend BIM on housing schemes and have the knowledge and technology to deliver this.
