Lindsey Webster, with years of experience running her own practice and contributing to esteemed publications like Country Life magazine and BBC Gardens Illustrated, adds her unique perspective, particularly in garden areas. An award-winning architect, Pablo has had a distinguished career working as the Principal Architect for various prestigious practices in London over the past 20 years. He’s an expert in both commercial and high-end residential design, having led multi-disciplinary teams across high-profile projects.
For Pablo, it’s important to achieve a meaningful connection between buildings and nature, abiding by the biophilic design principles to create healing spaces that promote wellbeing. He has a keen interest in sustainable, Passivhaus, conservation architecture and contemporary design.
Lindsey Webster
Garden Designer, Business Developer & Founder
BA (Hons) Dip Garden Design, RHA Horticulture Certificate, Dip Landscape Architecture
Prize winner at The RHS Chelsea Flower Show, landscape architect and garden designer, Lindsey is also the business developer for L+ Architects. With her husband Pablo, they founded the studio together in 2018. Previously, Lindsey ran her own garden design business and worked on the gardening teams for Country Life magazine and the BBC for 10+ years. She uses her breadth of experience to help the architecture team to heighten the connection between the indoor and out.
Kirsty Lucas
Senior Architect

Kirsty started at L+ Architects in 2022, bringing her vast knowledge of large-scale regeneration developments, high-end residential developments and mixed-use schemes in and around London. Kirsty enjoys engaging with clients and delivering stylish spaces. Outside of work, Kirsty likes to stay active and loves to travel to new places.
Liam Bailey

Liam is a highly experienced part 2 architectural assistant with a passion for delivering high-end residential and mixed-use development projects. He has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Bringing a wealth of experience to every project he works on, Liam has the skills and expertise to bring your vision to life. In his free time, Liam enjoys playing football, golf and snowboarding.
Eliza Palos

Eliza has a strong background in both residential and restoration architecture. A dedicated and skilled professional, she’s known for her attention to the finest details and creates superbly functional, elegant spaces. Outside of work, Eliza stays active with archery, martial arts and hiking – and relaxes by reading and cooking.
Jack Winstanley

Jack’s interests lie in the sustainability, functionality and community within architecture. His thesis project – The Crops & Hops – aimed to regenerate an unused section of Great Yarmouth marketplace, bringing the community together in a space to eat, drink and grow. Outside of work, Jack enjoys photography, film, rugby and running.
Luke Holden

Luke loves to create spaces that promote social interaction and bring people from all walks of life together. At university, his thesis developed his understanding of the learning process and the benefits of working with particular types of architectural typologies. Luke’s ambition is to explore architecture through the means of colour and geometry. Outside of work, Luke is a big sports fan and loves a karaoke night!
Gabriella Lambrechts

Currently based in Spain, Gabriella has developed her career as an architect and urban planner all over the world. She’s led residential and commercial projects as an associate at various well-known practices across Mexico, the UK, Spain and Uruguay. In her spare time, Gabriella enjoys swimming, trekking and skiing.
Mairead Warren
Studio Manager and Designer

Prior to L+ Architects, Mairead has enjoyed an international career in creative production, spending time in Hong Kong, Penang (Malaysia), and Sydney. She is passionate about teamwork and loves helping clients bring their projects to life. As well as architecture, Mairead loves music, art and culture.
