residential refurbishment

Project 103: Richmond

The large ground floor space allows for a fluid circulation to the garden as well as with the rest of the house.

A reduced palette of materials and a clear and simple structure allows for the interior design to add character providing a neutral framework for a scandi interior design.

Solution: Careful design of height of the ceilings woth the level carrying through and attention to a rimless rooflight to bring light into a deep space. A picture window to make the mpost of light and to frame a beautiful wisteria. A careful palette of colours to give depth to the areas.

Create an open plan family room and working with other interior areas of the house with acoustic considerations.
